The personalized breakfast was fantastic, featuring bacon and an omelette station, and the room was well-kept with amenities like a coffee maker and a cozy living area.

The room was nicely decorated and modern, with coffee, a living area, and a kitchen. The staff was superbly friendly during the manager special. The hotel is located in a very attractive area, very close to King St shops and restaurants. It is minutes away from Bruin Slave Jail and other tourist attractions.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful. The location is great and beautiful, near a metro station. Found in a relatively quiet part of town. The restaurant is great for dinner and drinks.

The place is fairly clean, the room is impeccable, the staff is courteous and exceptional. It has ideal, handy setting, next to free trolley bus, Metro and King St Trolly and King Street. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 10 minutes. The restaurant serves hot Mediterranean food. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The brand-new hotel has a lovely design. The rooms are spacious and stylish. The staff members are amazingly nice during the manager special. The location is marvelous, right across from a metro station, making it easy to get around. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area. The on-site restaurant is awesome for dinner and drinks.

The managers reception is a very nice touch. The bartenders were very friendly. It rained on July 4th so I was very happy we picked this hotel. Having a cocktail while it poured outside definitely helped take away the blues. The breakfast was outstanding! The best a hotel could offer. Many choices.

I asked for a higher floor during my reservation. I even called back in the middle of the week to confirm I still showed for the higher floor. When I arrived I was told I was on the 2nd floor. I was very disappointed but didn't want this to ruin my stay so I got over it. The staff apologized for the oversight.

The made to order breakfast is marvelous with food to choose from, fresh eggs cooked to order, bacon. They provide many types of services - a great bar, free Wi-Fi, shuttle to downtown. Fantastic and unbeatable location, a subway station is right next to the hotel.

Years ago we were drawn to this hotel due to it's location and price/value. Since then, it is the only place we stay because of the quality of the rooms and the excellence of the staff and service. The manager's reception and outstanding breakfast are extras that bring Old Town Embassy Suites to the very top of the list. The recent upgrades of the restaurant and garden areas look great by the way. Keep up the good work.

After spending much of my life navigating with a map and compass, I still have a hard time finding my way out of the parking garage.
